UDR, LLC was formed in April of 2019 by Karen Watt as a Design-Build company in Omaha, NE. Karen is an Interior Designer with over 25 years of hands-on experience at almost every level of construction. From massive, civil engineering projects to custom home construction her expertise is extremely diverse. Josh Mayer brings over 20 years in construction to the team. Ten of those years spent as a Licensed Contractor leaves Josh with countless skills to supplement Karen's leadership. This team is truly exceptional and fun to work with.
